It's a nice list of aspirations. Doesn't "healthy" under-sell such a society? I don't think any society as achieved this full list, so it sounds more like a "utopia."
A challenge to checking some of these boxes is that people might just be inherently envious and status-seeking. So as long as there are differences in material living standards, that will always be a means of keeping score. And it will always feel difficult to find a job or a partner, because people will always search ambitiously, rather than settle for what's available.

This looks like utopia because our current society is actually quite dystopian in some important ways.
